This residential property in Ilkley required access scaffolding across the front elevation so contractors could safely reach the roofline and upper sections of the building.
Sky High Scaffolding erected a fully boarded working platform at eaves level, providing stable and practical access across the front of the property. The scaffold gave the contractors suitable space to move safely while carrying out the planned roofing and exterior maintenance work.
Because the property had a narrow frontage, bay window and neighbouring buildings close on either side, the scaffold needed to be carefully positioned around the entrance, windows and pavement boundary. Guardrails, structural bracing and secure ladder access were incorporated throughout to create a safe working area.
The scaffold was installed in preparation for the contractor’s planned start date, helping the work begin without delays caused by unsuitable access.
