Specialist Access Scaffolding Project in Bishop Monkton

This residential property in Bishop Monkton required a compact access scaffold to reach the upper side elevation and roofline where the space between neighbouring properties was particularly restricted.

Because of the narrow passage, a standard wider scaffold arrangement was not practical. Sky High Scaffolding installed a carefully positioned scaffold tower with boarded working platforms, giving the contractors safe access to the required area while working within the limited space available.

The scaffold was planned around the boundary fencing, neighbouring wall, windows and existing access route. Additional bracing and secure ladder access were incorporated to create a stable working area without unnecessarily obstructing the passage below.

The completed setup provided a practical solution for an otherwise difficult-to-reach section of the property.
