The roofing contractors needed working access across the full roofline of a row of properties. Tools, materials and waste removal were all part of the access brief.

Roof-level access with a waste route.
Boarded platforms ran along the properties at eaves level. An enclosed chute connected the working platform to the skip below for removal of old roofing materials.
The arrangement accounted for entrances and surrounding communal areas while following the length of the terrace.
