Residential Roofing Scaffolding Project in Ripon
This residential property in Ripon required access scaffolding across the front elevation so contractors could safely reach the upper walls, roofline and chimney area.
Sky High Scaffolding erected a fully boarded working platform at roof level, providing stable and practical access across the width of the property. The scaffold also extended around the chimney, allowing the contractors to reach the higher sections safely while carrying out the planned work.
The installation was carefully positioned around the windows, entrance, parked vehicles and limited frontage. Guardrails, structural bracing and secure ladder access were incorporated throughout to create a safe working area while keeping disruption around the property to a minimum.
By installing the scaffold ahead of the contractor’s starting date, the project could begin as scheduled without delays caused by unsuitable access.
