Rear Access Scaffolding Project in Ripon
This residential property in Ripon required access scaffolding across the rear elevation so contractors could safely reach the roofline and upper sections of the building.
Sky High Scaffolding erected a fully boarded working platform at eaves level, providing stable and practical access across the rear of the property. The scaffold gave the contractors sufficient working space for their tools and materials while allowing them to move safely along the elevation.
The installation was carefully planned around the patio, garden furniture, windows and established planting. Guardrails, structural bracing and secure ladder access were incorporated throughout to create a safe working area while keeping disruption around the garden to a minimum.
By arranging the scaffold around the property’s existing features, the planned roofing and exterior maintenance work could proceed safely without relying on ladders or unsuitable temporary access.
