Bridged Scaffolding Access Project in Killinghall, Harrogate
This residential property in Killinghall required specialist scaffolding to provide safe access along the side elevation while protecting the lower tiled roof beneath.
The layout of the property meant a standard scaffold could not be positioned directly from ground level across the full working area. Sky High Scaffolding therefore designed and installed a bridged access platform above the lower roof, allowing contractors to move safely along the elevation without placing unnecessary weight on the structure below.
A fully boarded working platform was installed alongside the property, complete with guardrails, structural supports and secure access. The scaffold was carefully positioned around the guttering, downpipe and adjoining roof while maintaining practical working space for the contractors.
The completed arrangement provided a stable route across an otherwise difficult-to-access section of the building, allowing the planned exterior work to be carried out safely and efficiently.
