Harrogate Scaffolding Over a Conservatory for Roofing Works
This residential property in Harrogate required safe access to the rear roofline so roofing contractors could complete their work safely and efficiently.
An existing conservatory covered much of the area directly beneath the roof, meaning a standard scaffold could not be erected against the full rear elevation. Sky High Scaffolding designed and installed a specialist bridged scaffold that safely spanned over the conservatory without placing any weight on its roof.
A fully boarded working platform was positioned at eaves level, giving the roofers stable access along the rear of the property. Supporting beams, guardrails and structural bracing were incorporated throughout to create a secure working area while protecting the conservatory beneath.
The scaffold was carefully positioned around the windows, garden and side access, allowing the roofing work to proceed with minimal disruption to the homeowner.
