Residential Roofing Scaffolding Project in Hampsthwaite

This residential property in Hampsthwaite required access scaffolding across the rear elevation so contractors could safely reach the roofline and upper areas of the building.

Sky High Scaffolding erected a fully boarded working platform at eaves level, providing stable and practical access across the full width of the property. This gave the contractors sufficient space to move safely while carrying out the planned roofing and exterior maintenance work.

The scaffold was carefully positioned around the rear doors, windows, garden and surrounding vegetation while maintaining reasonable access around the property. Guardrails, structural bracing and secure ladder access were incorporated throughout to create a safe working area.

By installing the scaffold before the contractor’s planned start date, the work could begin on schedule without delays caused by unsuitable access.
