Residential Access Scaffolding Project in Starbeck, Harrogate
This residential property in Starbeck required scaffolding across the rear and side elevations so contractors could safely access the upper walls, roofline and areas above the lower extensions.
The building included several different roof levels, projecting sections and restricted garden space, so the scaffold needed to be carefully planned around the existing layout of the property. Sky High Scaffolding installed multiple boarded working lifts to provide stable access across the full width and height of the required elevations.
The scaffold was positioned around the windows, lower roofs, garden boundaries and existing access routes while still giving the contractors suitable working space for tools and materials. Guardrails, structural bracing and secure access were incorporated throughout.
By tailoring the scaffold to the shape of the property, the planned exterior work could be completed safely and efficiently without relying on ladders or unsuitable temporary access.
