Residential Access Scaffolding Project in Kirk Deighton
This residential property in Kirk Deighton required a straightforward access scaffold across the front elevation so contractors could safely reach the upper brickwork, windows and roofline.
The scaffold was erected above the entrance and ground-floor window, with a fully boarded working platform positioned at first-floor level. This provided the contractors with stable access across the elevation while keeping the doorway and surrounding area as clear as reasonably possible.
Because the property had limited space directly in front of the building, the scaffold needed to be carefully positioned around the parked vehicle area, bins, windows and neighbouring property. Guardrails, structural bracing and secure ladder access were incorporated throughout.
The completed scaffold created a safe and practical working platform for the planned exterior maintenance work without relying on ladders or temporary access equipment.
