Front Access Scaffolding Project in York
This residential property in York required a compact access scaffold to provide safe working access to the upper front elevation and roofline.
Because the property was a terraced house with bay windows, a narrow frontage and limited pavement space, the scaffold needed to be carefully positioned around the entrance and existing architectural features. Sky High Scaffolding installed a narrow scaffold tower with boarded working platforms at the required heights.
The scaffold provided contractors with stable access to the upper brickwork, roofline and central section of the property while keeping the main entrance usable. Guardrails, structural bracing and secure ladder access were incorporated throughout to create a practical and safe working area.
The completed setup provided an effective access solution for a relatively confined frontage without requiring a larger scaffold across the full width of the property.
