Residential Access Scaffolding Project in Scotton, Harrogate
This stone-built residential property in Scotton required access scaffolding across the side and rear elevations so contractors could safely reach the upper walls, roofline and gable areas.
The building included several different roof levels, lower projecting sections and restricted access beside the property. Sky High Scaffolding therefore installed a multi-level scaffold designed around the shape of the building and the available ground space.
Fully boarded working platforms were positioned at the required heights, giving the contractors practical access to the stone elevations, upper gable and roof edges. Guardrails, structural bracing and secure ladder access were incorporated throughout to create a stable working area.
The scaffold was carefully arranged around the lower roofs, windows, pathways and garden areas, allowing the planned exterior work to proceed safely while keeping disruption around the property to a minimum.
