Harrogate Rear Access Scaffolding Project
This residential property in Harrogate required safe access to the rear elevation and balcony area so external work could be completed safely and efficiently.
Due to the layout of the property, the scaffold needed to be carefully erected around the existing balcony, entrance steps and surrounding garden. A fully boarded working platform was installed across the rear elevation, providing a stable and practical working area while keeping access to the property clear.
The scaffold included secure ladder access, double guardrails and additional bracing throughout. The structure was positioned to give the contractors suitable access to the balcony frontage, brickwork and upper sections of the rear elevation without causing unnecessary disruption to the patio or garden.
